Steps to Follow:

Cleanse Your Face: Begin with a clean face. Remove all makeup and wash your face with a gentle cleanser to remove dirt and oils.

Prepare the Herbal Mixture: Fill your bowl with boiling water and add a handful of your chosen dried herbs. If you’re using essential oils, add a few drops to the water. Stir gently to combine. The herbs will begin to infuse the water with their natural oils and essence.

Steam Your Face: Lean over the bowl, and drape the towel over your head and the bowl, creating a tent that traps the steam. Ensure the towel is large enough to prevent steam from escaping. Keep your face about 6 to 8 inches above the water to avoid burns, and close your eyes to avoid irritation.
