Yoni Steam Guide

Yoni Steam Guide

What You'll Need:

  • A heatproof bowl or a specialised yoni steaming seat
  • Boiling water
  • Yoni Steaming Herbs
  • A large, thick towel or blanket

Important Tips and Precautions:

  • Temperature Check: Make sure the steam is not too hot to prevent burns. The steam should feel warm and comfortable.

  • Consult Before Use: Talk to a healthcare provider, especially if you have any health concerns, are pregnant, or have an IUD.

  • Listen to Your Body: If you experience any discomfort or adverse effects, discontinue the steam immediately.

  • Hygiene: Ensure all utensils and the area used for steaming are clean to prevent infections.

Steps:

  1. Prepare Your Space: Choose a quiet, comfortable, and private space where you can relax for 20-30 minutes. Ensure the area is clean and warm.

  2. Mix Your Herbs: Combine your herbs. You'll need about 1 cup of the mixed herbs for your steam. If you're using dried herbs, they're more potent, so you might need less.

  3. Prepare the Steam: Boil about 4-6 cups of water. Once boiling, remove from heat and add your herbal mix to the water. Let the herbs steep for a minute, allowing the water to cool slightly to a safe temperature.

  4. Set Up for Steaming: If using a bowl, place it in your toilet or under a slatted chair. If you have a yoni steaming seat, follow the manufacturer's instructions for setup. Pour the hot herbal water into your chosen container carefully.

  5. Start Steaming: Disrobe from the waist down and sit above the steaming water. Drape the large towel or blanket around your lower body and the bowl or seat to keep the steam contained. Ensure the steam feels warm and comfortable, not too hot to avoid burns.

  6. Relax and Enjoy: Sit and relax for about 20-30 minutes. This is a good time to meditate, read, or simply enjoy the moment of tranquility.

  7. Post-Steam Care: Once done, gently pat the area dry, and wear warm, comfortable clothing to keep the area warm. It's advised to rest afterward to maximize the benefits of the steam.
